Phase 1 includes a New Athletic Center, Student Commons, Dining Hall, Landscaped Quad/Courtyard, Parking Enhancements and Kitchen Remodel and is funded by the $24 Million Bond which was passed in 2006. Construction has begun and will be completed in approximately 12-18 months.
Phase 2 includes Auditorium Restoration, Historic Window Replacement & Door Refurbishment. This will be paid for through Private donations and will cost $13 Million. Construction can begin as soon as funds are raised.
Phase 3 includes New Science Center & Performing Arts Center, New Applied Technology Lab, Landscape Enhancements, Restoration and Renovation of building 1 & 2. This will be paid by a second Bond and will cost approximately $33 Million. The Bond will be put before the community for a vote in approximately 2010.
